Whilst we understand that catching Covid is a risk once you have booked, we also need to protect ourselves as owners against lost income for the week rental and at the same time show support to allow you to have confidence to book your vacation.
So, we are pleased to clarify our policy
If you test positive within 7 days of arrival on to the island and hence cannot meet the entry requirements for the island, we have the following approach
1) We can offer a 100% e credit against a future booking that much be used within 6 months.
2) We will at the same time re-list the week and if we get a new booking then this e-voucher will be available for a cash refund option.
3) We can offer a cash refund of 50% of the booking fees paid less any banking fees/portal fees.
We are also relaxing our cancellation general policy to 21 days prior to arrival in the unit for all direct bookings.
We will still ask for your balancing payment at the 60-day market – but if you need a 100% refund is available up to the 21 days.
