Terms and Conditions
Please note all prices are plus 12% T&C Accommodation tax
Prices based on 4 adults - additional charge of $35 per person per night is applied for the 5th and 6th person due to the cost of water on the island.
There is weekly cleaning fee of $195 plus $100 property fee - extra cleaning services available on request
A 50% deposit is required for all bookings
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival along with a refundable $1500 security deposit - returned 14 days after the departure date to allow the housekeeping team to review and advise any issues
Any bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival will be NON refundable
Promotional vouchers can only be when booking direct and apply to the 4 person full nightly rate only
